Cottage rental requires a $350.00 Non-Refundable deposit per rental week.

Cancellation

Deposits made for the months of June, July and August, holiday weekends, and NH Motorcycle week are non-refundable.

For the Comfort and Convenience of All Our Guests

Smoking is never allowed inside our rentals, and we ask that smokers do not throw cigarette butts on our grounds. Please use the sand-filled receptacles provided.

Fireworks are not allowed on the property, including the beach. The safety of all of our guests is paramount. Not only is this a New Hampshire state law, the close proximity of the cottages, the woods and the many children running around make fireworks a hazard to your vacationing neighbors and wildlife.

Sleeping capacity (5 people per cottage) cannot be exceeded.

A two-night minimum.

Personal checks preferred. There is a $30.00 charge for returned checks.

Guest Guidelines

We ask that, during your stay, you take care of your rental as you would your home. We provide cleaning supplies, and there is a dumpster on the property. Please leave your rental with clean dishes and free of trash.
